Property Management, LLC takes it’s
name from the business name of Drew Dekle’s
Grandfather, Bud Minder who invented the machine that
filled crackers with peanut butter and other fillings in the 1950s
and 1960s. The building in downtown Athens that the company
renovated in 2004 and that is the company’s primary rental property once
housedthe cookie machine operation.
Quality Property Management, LLC provides management services to this
building and other properties in the Athens, GA area owned by Linda Dekle -Drew’s
Mom - and Drew Dekle.
Drew Dekle Construction, LLC is a company solely owned and operated by Drew
Dekle and engages in the business of acquiring older in-town residential properties,
performing renovation and eventually reselling these houses to homebuyers in the
Athens area. Some projects have qualified as bona-fide historic restoration work and we
work regularly in various historic districts. We also design and build new in-town homes
in primarily older neighborhoods and often using historic elements in design to
insure neighborhood compatibility. An eye toward appropriateness, sustainability,
green space, tree preservation, and environmentally sound construction are
hallmarks of all of Drew’s work.
Drew is licensed in Athens - Clarke County and through the State
of Georgia as a Residential / Light Commercial Contractor,
permits all work, and carries all appropriate insurance.
